The news from Browntown is that all is quiet. I sure wish I had some people around to give me tech support though! I have put off submitting my assignment for two days now because I am afraid I will do the submitting part wrong. Guess I better suck it up and DO IT. "After all", I keep telling myself, "the computer won't eat it" - "ha!" I answer my self, "could happen".

Well... it did happen, sort of. I submitted the assignment to the message board for peer review by other students just as we are supposed to do. Only one page of a four page assignment showed up. No way to delete the message at that point so I just had to apologize (by new message) and submit again. Now it is documented for the entire message board (whole class) that I am an idiot which I don't care about as long as it doesn't affect my grade in the end.
This whole computer thing is making this much much more difficult than it would be if I was doing it the old-fashioned way. Collaborative projects are going to be a real nightmare and they are big on that! Jennifer Pickrell, bless her heart, has been so helpful to me.
You can do it Mom, just hang in there! You will be an asset to whatever group you work with!
